RAIMANN KM 310 – Multi-blade rip saw for solid wood
The Raimann KM 310 is a longitudinal circular saw for solid wood cutting. Applications include edging and ripping timber for furniture, doors, windows, stairs, flooring and roof battens. Maximum cutting width is approximately 310 mm, with two feed speeds of 12 and 24 m/min.
The gang-rip version uses a saw package for several parallel longitudinal cuts. Maximum cutting height is approximately 80 mm without a pressure board or 70 mm with the optional pressure board.
Machining and Machine Configuration
A closed transport chain feeds the workpiece through the machine. Adjustable upper pressure rollers support workpiece guidance. Equipment includes a fourfold anti-kickback device and centrally arranged controls.
A clamping device assists with tightening and releasing the saw package on the gang-rip version.
