Raimann UniRip 310 – Multi-blade rip saw for solid wood
The Raimann UniRip 310 is a compact multi-blade rip saw for longitudinal cutting of solid wood. Marketed under the WEINIG brand, it combines a maximum cutting width of 310 mm with a cutting height of up to 110 mm and is particularly suited to smaller woodworking businesses.
The standard Quickfix system allows the saw blade positions to be adjusted manually without tools, supporting cutting tasks with changing width requirements.
Operation and construction
A closed feed chain with prism guides on both sides transports the timber through the machine. The saw spindle and pressure unit feature electric height adjustment.
To adjust the Quickfix system, the hydraulic clamping mechanism is released by hand. The saw blades can then be positioned using sample pieces of timber before being clamped again. This allows the cutting pattern to be adapted to different workpiece widths.
